DETAILS: 1960’s Whimsical white and bright floral maxi dress. Green waist band can be removed. Lined skirting. Sleeves can be worn buttoned up, or down around arms. Can also be worn as a strapless dress style. Green fabric in the middle can be removed. One small area with very faint markings- see photo pointing it out.
